I dumped 600+ artefacts in strongbox yesterday, trying to get a half décent EM cw sands for my Hu Tao.
If you play 4cw Hu Tao with double hydro comp, EM sands is best option by far, since you're garanteed to vape every CA. Besides, new hydro resonance is 25% hp bonus.
EM is really good sands for Hu Tao, I'm pretty sure it's usually better for her

I wish I could get as many useable artifacts as characters are dropping on a monthly bases in Genshin. Most of the time I don't even get to play with them 'cause of the lack of artifacts. It sucks.
