I have him at c3 and when abyss has a lot of strong bosses I use him. The only issue is that he isn't that good in multi-target scenarios but in single or double target he hits hard.

Mona is the best. 1m burst as a DPS and increases damage in every team as a support.
I got him accidentally on Nilous banner. He became my favourite dendro character pretty fast. It's like I never get tired from playing with him. Not to mention that his charge attack gameplay Is WAY easier than Ganyus for mobile players. I mean, you don't even need to aim (of course it's better if you do😅), his arrows just case the enemy 😂
And his remarks about the sand and hot in the desert 😂 He's just a must have 😂
