  1. your analysis of Tartaglia was pretty much spot on bravo my good sir bravo!

[Minor spoilers ahead but i've tried to write them in as non spoilery way as possible.]

While you mention disguise i wouldn't say that's quite right as he is very clear about his identity as someone that is not on our side but he makes himself seem trustworthy by acting as a friend and there is almost a moment where Paimon divulges information and then we stop her, leading to an awkward moment before another character interjects.

On the subject of Tartaglia not being what he appeared to be, it's not quite true as he has been genuinly friendly with us throughout the quest but he will act differently if he is forced to (like in the boss fight with him) and also later after the fight he makes it quite clear that he has nothing against us which makes it understandable why he is pissed when we greet him with spite in an event quest later but the reason for the harsh greeting is that our main character has gone through an entire character arc while venturing through the land of inazuma.

[Minor spoiler ahead but unsure if it should be a major spoiler as genshins story is still ongoing.]

Tartaglia's little brother also reveales in Tartaglia's character quest that Tartaglia, if given the opportunity, would leave his current position and would like to join us on our journey as he has taken quite a liking to us.

  2. Once again, nailing the character just from the theme! So glad to see you react to this one. It gives me shivers every time that string kicks in and just dominates the sound. I only just noticed the ticking near the end where everything else goes quiet, which is fitting because Tartaglia has a limited time to use his full power and be 'completely demonic', as you so aptly say, due to the strain it causes.

  3. You could react to YunJin's song "Devastation and Redemption", she is a character in the game who is a Chinese opera singer. Sorry for some English mistakes, I'm still learning 🙂

  4. Thank you for your reaction! How on earth could you get his characterization so spot-on! Tartaglia is definitely a man that's more than meets the eye. Playful, charming, cocky and dangerous is how he is. He's one of the most polarized character in the game, whether you hate him or love him, his duality is what makes his characterization so special.

  5. Tartaglia is one of my favourites from the game, he may be a battle-hungry psychology that he is so dangerous he's locked out of his country (Sneznyaya) he is a pretty mysterious character. I mean like, with his story saying he fell down the abbys and experienced tremendous trauma as seeing abbysal monsters (hence the abbys-lector like transformation)
Also he is very rich, in the game story he is so rich that one of the characters use him as a "wallet" LMAO

  6. I like how you can perfectly described the character by just listen to his theme, this to show that Yu-Peng Chen has outdone himself and such a well trained ear from you too.

I suggest you should listen to more of Genshin soundtrack, each of the track is just astonishing in its own right.

  7. Must recommend the XC2 soundtrack as well. Counterattack and Drifting Souls from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 are fantastic, in addition to several of the map themes like Gormott and Mor Ardain. Final Boss theme I think would suit your tastes as well.

  8. He kinda gets tricked by la signora in the story which makes sense considering they are both named after comedia dell'arte characters, can't wait to get scaramouche's song

I also love how the song has a part that sounds like a whale's cry, considering his constellation is a narwhal(monoceros caeli) and he can summon one

  9. If you didn't notice, BUT the theme of La Signora uses the same melody as Targaglia's. This describes us what they are from one in-game organization named Fatui. They have shown like bad guys, but we still don't know their true goals

  10. I think it would be interessting for you if you would check after listening and making suggestions abt the characters or bosses their real story. I would love to see your reaction to how much you got right.
