Aside from Genshin meme videos. I personally enjoy your videos more than most other Genshin Youtubers because you make them short and to the point without making a 15-20+ minute video talking about how a weapon works and how cracked it is or even the overused "InSaNe DaMaGe!" vids. No offense to you Valk, but what you said towards the end is specifically one of the reasons why I never listen to what any Youtuber says about who or what to pull or not pull for, most especially if they base their information off of leaks then I'll definitely ignore you. Youtubers or even the community do not make the decisions for anyone, only recommendations, but the information still provided in their vids and yours are always appreciated in the end.
If it hasn't been in the game for over a year then it was never that important to begin with

Well….. The only thing I know about dendro effect does right now reaction just increase burn effect from pyro…. I only basing on the few monster that count as denro. That coming from Dendro Samachurl. That only apply the denro effect and making wall of torn. Then we have a Denro slime that only good for hiding and moving around fast. Then we have a Wooden Shieldwall Mitachurl. That basically a shielder. Its very likely that some of the new denro character going to be base off from some of these monster.

I'm pulling for new 5-star characters regardless of element.
Honestly the only must pulled unit in the horizon is kazuha, all other units can be passed on (unless you a simp for em) but Yae Miko, Raiden, Kokomi, Ayato, Yoimiya etc can easily be passed on with similar kits from other characters (Raiden I would say is the most unique), even when dendro comes out don't your fall head over heals for whichever unit drops first because must likely it will get powercrept by the archon of the element, you can use the traveler to just test the team composition and how the sinergy between elements work, MHY will probably even offer a free 4* dendro character so just be smart on your 💎

I'm skipping for Cyno. This is mostly just me being a manga fan and loving his character and lore. So I'm going character over usefulness, though it's unlikely he's going to be dendro he is coming out in Sumeru.

Watch dendro be something like swirl and crystallize. Like you know it's coming. We're talking about a company that releases 4 skins a year for the least popular characters that are overpriced and has no special effects.

You can't say we know nothing about dendro. We know one thing and it seems really powerful. Ever been tagged with dendro by one of those mages that make thorn walls? Ever then supplementary been touch by a torch from another enemy? Ever subsequently seen you health bar drain faster than Qiqi can keep up?

Theyve shown chasm starts in 2.6. I dont think itll be complete so itll be continuing 2.7. Ayato is confirmed to be 2.6 and is Inazuman while Yelan is showing to be ready for realease and shes Liyuean. Seeing as Sumeru is bordering Liyue it suggests Yelan is the last liyue character before next region and may serve as a transition character like Kazuha. So then there would be no 2.8 but we'd go from 2.7 straight to 3.0. If i remember right, I dont think we had a 1.7 or something like that either and went straight to 2.0.
Liyue is of course based on China. Shocker.
But Sumeru seems to be a mix of India, Egypt, Cambodia and maybe Tibet. The chasm forms a separating wall between Liyue and Sumeru and this is much like the mountain range that separates China from a lot of south asian countries, with Tibet being the gateway between China and India. There could be a part of both chasm and Sumeru that have a tibetan mountain civilization inspiration that will be the entry point to the region through the story.
This mountain range has histotically been the key to prosperity for China as traders would travel through it, which might be reference with how they say the chasm is rich on ores.
I'm saving for Cyno. Cause hes looking giga cool. That could be saving for dendro, but honestly we still dont know if hes dendro.. looks like he could be pyro too.
From what I've heard so far, Dendro will unlikely to be affected by swirl. And my take on dendro is that it would be just an added dmg like look at the dendro slimes it produces poisonous gas and locked enemies in place. I just hope the Dendro Archon's E would be an added dmg without attacking needed like the ones on the dendro hilichurls and Q locking them in place but unlike zhongli the enemies that's been locked would suffer from an increasing dmg overtime and then doing a large AoE one shot dmg at the end when the vines vanished.
Interesting perspective. I personally love overloading burning grass out in the open world, so I'm hoping that Dendro facilitates overload teams or electro characters in general. On one of my accounts I have all the characters I want, so it's likely that I will save for the Dendro Archon unless someone reallyyy cool comes before her.

We know what dendro + pyro does at least, and for that Ganyu melt will be very excited to have it. I'm guessing the rate of pyro will be high enough to melt all of Ganyu's cryo easily. I'm wondering if Ayaka can use dendro's burning reaction effectively, too. Can't wait to try out dendro!
But what if i don't want Raiden Shogun, Yae Miko, Ayaka and the rest? I skipped them first time, and i will continue to skip them. Why should i pull for units i'm not interested in and i don't like visually? Just because they're strong? This advice can be good for new players or players under ar55, but old players like me this days pull only for characters they like, not because they're strong. Some people collect every character, some people already have what they need or just fill in the gaps. Old players nowadays usually think twice or even thrice before pulling for a new (or old) character (or maybe it's just people around me behave like that, i dunno). And basically for old players it's more the matter of do they like that character or not, can they live without it or not, than is that character strong or not. At least that's how i see it when i talk to people around me.
As for me, i don't like Yae, Raiden, Ayaka, i mean their design. I liked Shenhe's design, but i decided to skip her too, because i wanted Zhongli's constellations. Priorities. Ayato looks ok, but i don't think that i'll pull for him either. And i wanted Baizhu since the first time i saw him, but i knew i would have to wait a long time for him, so i pulled for other characters midway. And now when he's around the corner i want to save as much primos as i can, because i want him (and i'm on 50/50) and i want his weapon as well. I don't really care for how good or bad dendro is gonna be, i just want the character that i really liked for a long time.
And for the rest, we probably will get free 4* dendro character, but i want a specific character that's why i'm saving and skipping characters i'm not interested in. It's that simple.

well in my case I already satisfied with my current characters, already comfortably 36* abyss, not insterested in any Inazuma characters, so excited waiting and saving for egyptian-themed characters
I think another valid reason to NOT save for dendro is that it will NOT change the game overnight. We saw it with the new “healer meta”: it’s going to take months for Dendro characters to become solid, in the beginning they will be really awkward with no established artifacts, etc. Clam set came out what, a patch or two after Kokomi? So, are you ready to have a so-so character just kinda being there in your roster for so long, in vague hopes of them getting “completed” later?

N many dendro will be coming( which u can obtain… N hu knows maybe the first dendro won't be tht great n after getting players opinion later dendro might be better thn first one) and u remember ryt when genshin first released it had only one polearm char(xiangling) now look the game turn into polearm impact… So no need to worry bout dendro ryt now (thts wht I think)

about mihoyo pattern part i noticed one
you see that they did 4 banners for the last 2 patches one might assume 2.5 would follow that pattern but it doesnt for one reason alone
Kazuha and Ayaka are 2 of the left to rerun units left and guess who is highly saught after their initial run

so he and ayaka are likely saved up as a buffer for 2.6 if ayato doesnt turn out well (sales wise) while if Yae doesnt do well enaugh on coomers alone (assuming shes not as poweful gameplay wise) theres still Raiden to carry the banners with her budget whale powerspike (c2 ofc) while Kokomi is thrown in for story Relevancy (you could likely also weeve in Kazuha into the story of 2.5 but why not try to capitalize on the sukokomon hype wave to maybe sell Kokomi better than her initial run)

I will save for the Dendro Archon for sure, as Archons are always a good investement… but that is going to be until 3.1 most likely, as it happed with Zhongli, and Raiden in 1.1 and 2.1. And even if she comes out in 3.0, leaks and the official drip marketing from mihoyo is going to tell us at least one patch in advance about her, so there is no reason for me to be too warry. Right now I'm going for C2 Raiden (i got her at C1 for pure miracle last time so I want to take the oportunity now) and well see in the following patches. Let's be patient but enjoy the moment too.
Actually dendro kinda OP if they allow this bug: Dendro+Pyro= Burning and then Add electro UNLIMITED OVERLOAD. Kinda useful against your friends especially on high world level.
