Key is actually great on Furina… though not really on a Noelle team, rather on teams where you want EM on your characters.

You can say noelle was maid for furina
Noelle works better in the triple geo team using her charge attack when paired with Furina. Otherwise using normal attack is better when Noelle is paired with Furina and Yelan. The 4th character can be a geo or Xingqiu. Also you already have a fantastic weapon for her. Festering Desire. Although solo Furina probably needs a lot of energy even with it.
