I dont-and never thought- capitano would be released in natlan. Think about it. Arlecchino, the 4th harbinger, is crazy powerful and she’s not even in the top 3, who have the power to rival gods. Capitano, the FIRST HARBINGER, would probably be way too broken at least for now. So I doubt he will be playable in natlan.
