No wonder they're doing a rerun on Zhongli and Neuvellete. Those weapons and its stats are broken for these two characters. The new boss deals damage even through shields, so Zhongli has to run in Tenacity artifacts.
This VA strike is actually stupid. Like if u don't want to voice act then don't be surprised if companies actually start using AI. AI won't throw tantrums

Sorry to say but, Ningguang is actually 5 star in the beginning. But, Mihoyo decided to change her rarity, plus they also changed her CA.
Imo, regarding Ororon becoming a 5-star just due to the fact that he's part of the 6 heroes:
Imo, the 6 heroes should've covered the 6 elements outside of Pyro. Meaning either Iansan/Ororon should've been replaced by Citlali as the 6th chosen hero, since both of them are Electro.
Meanwhile, if that's the basis of him "supposed" to be a 5-star, Iansan seems to be going to be a standard banner.
So, since they already revealed Ororon as one of the 6 heroes in the story, there's most probably not gonna be any change to his rarity.
