It rumored in Version 3.x, we'll be getting at least 3 males. The others will be females characters. I don't think Su will be the same Su of Honkai like Yae and Ei are not Yae Sakura and Mei respectively. It's just borrowing design.

ok not nitpicking, but your info about Su in Honkai is really wrong………Su was not a 50k year old scholar trapped in the body of a young man, he was a doctor who undertook a surgery to become part Honkai beast, which gave him the long lifespan like Kevin Kaslana and Fu Hua…….he didnt gain immortality from defeating a beast , he's just a MANTIS, i.e a Massively Augmented Neo Tech Integrated Soldier which is a Honkai beast fusion soldier…. Su is not alive, he literally died and passed on his knowledge to Durandal as his final deed for the world and he attained Nirvana upon death so he cant "cross over" to Teyvat……his playing chess with the higher being is basically him meeting the God who made the Honkai, so he can understand what is the purpose behind the forces of Honkai………

Honkai and Genshin are in in fact confirmed to be in the same multiverse, but not universe. And none of the characters are the same exact people across both games. So "Su", will likely be just a regular guy with a vision, not the flame chaser we know from Honkai.

I’m so happy about the baizhu lore with the south Asian god and snakes, it’s so cool and interesting. Although if baizhu has healing capabilities I hope he’s not a pure all out healer maybe he’ll do both a ton of dmg and healing. (Hopefully😭)
