I think it will be most likely that Hoyoverse will give Scaramouche a new personality (I personally like the OG Scaramouche which is giving me sadistic vibes) and He will also be given a new name called the Wanderer according to some leaks (So He will be like Kazuha a wanderer too) and also His vision will change to anemo and I think he will be a DPS + there will be a new four star character in his banner according to some leaks. Personally I'm anticipating in pulling for Scaramouche but with this Major change I don't think I can probably pull for him because he won't be the same anymore. And finally if this happens there will be 3 treatments to the Fatui Harbingers:
1.) The Childe treatment- This treatment is were a Fatui Harbinger keeps his/her vision then becomes a playable character
2.) The Signora treatment- This treatment is were a Fatui Harbinger dies and doesn't become a playable character (and it is most unlikely that Hoyoverse will revive dead characters)
3.) The Scaramouche treatment- This treatment is were a Fatui Harbinger doesn't keep His/Her vision and personality but becomes a playable character.
