My theory is that the resurrection refers to the third descender, think about it, if the fatui is getting the last gnosis they need in natlan why not just bring the other gnosis with them? And in the pyro gem for ascensions im pretty sure the blanked out name might be the third descenders name, so maybe the pyro archon has something more to do with the third descender and the natlan questline will relate to them

We never seen any natlan npc because they all became slaves long ago and only the strong ones are still standing in natlan
