  1. Recently a viewer asked how to execute the Sucrose National team rotation, which inspired me to make this guide. Unlike most of my other videos, It's intended to be short and easily consumable for players who are just looking for the execution of the rotation, without diving too much into the nitty gritty details.

Depending on how well this format of videos is received, I may try making a series of rotation guide videos for various team comps using a similar format. I hope for it to serve as a kind of library or repository of rotations that players can quickly refer to. Here is where I'll be storing these, if I do end up making more: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZYC36PceCMVjnrzOTq9ULzSGhhYpj8-q

  2. Thanks! I have been trying to use this team since Fontaine launched.

Do you think the rotation is less forgiving than other teams? I find that if I miss two parts (like Xingqiu’s skill whiffs because enemy teleported or watch Sucrose burst flask fly backwards because of bad catalyst targeting when in melee), it’s reset chamber.
Usually nobody has energy and I’m staring at the long cooldown timer on Xingqiu!

Unlike for example Ayato+Nahida+Shinobu hyperbloom core, where I use whatever is off cooldown at the time and worst case is you’re using Nahida’s normal attacks for a still notable amount of Spread damage.

  3. Don't you want to snapshot XQ's burst with Bennet's attack buff? You'd have to play around with the rotation more to get the pyro swirl, though, and it might result in an overall loss in damage anyway. I generally don't micromanage the proper swirl and usually just make sure XQ's and XL's ults snapshot the attack buff.

  4. i play international raiden and it's mostly the same except i like to do raiden skill then xiangling skill then the rest of the rotation until just before xiangling burst where i pick the pepper with her then burst on top of bennet's burst

  5. You should also talk about swirling Guoba to swirl hydro as well but even if you don't do that, if you have an alright 4p noblesse set for Xingqiu and a 4p intructor build for bennett, you should really use that instead, especially if you don't swirl hydro but this is a fine rotation for beginners

  6. I've never played the popular Sucrose National despite having the individual characters built for other teams, so I decided to try it after watching your video on 4.5 Abyss 12-1. This rotation is timely, indeed. Thank you!

One question. You mention Sucrose's Burst is optional. Can you explain why one wouldn't use it in this opener?

  7. I do bennett skill dash burst so he can catch his own particles and giv 1s more bennett burst uptime for the rest of the team.
After the first sucrose skill, there should be a normal attack or 2 to proc XQ's burst and vv hydro.
This will also allow XL's subsequent burst to get an extra vape and you get vv on XQ's powerful skill after XL.

  8. This is fantastic, I love to see these rotation guides.

This very cool to see, I actually haven't been able to clear things with national despite having them all fairly well built, because I've just kind of lost the skill of tight rotations after so long playing top end DPS characters

  9. A good rotation for beginner but I wish you'd also gone into the double swirl setup. It's not too complicated and both deals more damage and flows a lot better.

Xingqiu Q > Bennett Q > Xiangling E (weave NA in between to apply Hydro) > Sucrose E (Guoba swirl and Hydro aura swirl) > Xiangling Q (snapshots everything) > Xingqiu double E (quad vape if you can do it), then just battery Xiangling and repeat.

  10. Personally I like Gouba swirling for consistent double swirls on both elements, for example Xingqiu here doesn’t have RES shred from VV when he uses his powerful E, hydro gets it much later into the rotation

    Xingqiu Q > Bennett Q [E] > Xiangling E > Sucrose E (Gouba Swirl) [Q] > Xiangling Q > Xingqiu E [E] > vibe

I didn’t add normals, which are important before Gouba swirls to ensure a hydro aura on the enemies (I generally do one with Xiangling before dropping Gouba and one with Sucrose right before E, I also try to cancel Xiangling’s normal with Gouba because I’ve Bennett C6 and that makes it less likely to mess up).

I really enjoy your content, this is a legitimate rotation and I’ve seen speedrunners not using Gouba swirls so that’s definitely not necessary. National is a really fun team for me, thank you for making it more accessible 💪

  11. Interesting video idea

Hi Jyo! I've been watching ur videos for quite a while, and I've been waiting 4 a video like this. But with raiden national, bloom team(my bloom team is weird: candace, collei, traveler and barbara) and other. Since none of the videos satisfied my curiosity, I tried to learn the combos by myself with your video about elemental gauges (but it's not working). I would be cool if you made a video to address how everyone can create this input rotation combos. What do you think?
