hte inazuma dragon was the one shogun killed… based on lore hints, oroboshi was about to be killed by celestia but he didnt want to die by their hands, so he chose to wreck havoc in inazuma and die by the hands of raiden, as in he chose his own way to die. and based on theories kokomi is either reincranation or dscendantd of that dragon

Nahida is literally the only Archon I don't mind helping, whenever any other Archon needs something I usually don't want to do it but do it anyway out of obligation, the only exception being Zhongli since I like him too much to say no. With Nahida on the other hand I feel like I don't mind helping her at all, if anything I sometimes find myself wanting to do even more if it'll make her life a little better.
It helps that she's literally the only responsible Archon so far who is actively looking after her people and not just leaving them to their own devices like Venti and Zhongli or being both a direct or indirect reason for the suffering of her people like the Shogun.
The Dendro Dragon: someone made it appear outside the normal cutscene and you can see it clearly all the way from the Jade Palace in Liyue.

So in some folklore and mythology for Japan, I believe large snakes are also represented as being dragons.
Which means Oroboshi the giant snake that Shogun killed, was actually her Dragon.
Further meaning in Fontaine, there will be an elemental dragon there too.
