Furina's character teaser is like a old age vibes. It has horror bits, distortion, one that knows what is going on the stage and still acting normal like a character or audience in what way you see her. Furina's character is very complicated it's like something presented in ur table you know it but can't comprehend completely. I really liked this trailer soo much it might me better than my favorite teaser of Nahida. Also the Mechanical Dog she is talking to it's from Narciz WQ where the dog venture to find the owner so my thoughts she might be the one who we are looking for the real Mary Ann ??? It's getting dark but it might be the show again Egeria committed a sin for his people and the prophecy will become true no matter but it still doesn't make any sense in the trailer we see Neuve trying to stop the prophecy, i am confused 🤔.
Furina really is the master magician. After all this time , she has been playing an act upon her people and even us players. She was never a scaredy archon. It was all part of her script as 'Furina'. I believe she shed tear not bc of yhe prophecy, but bc she finally found someone who can deceive fate , which is us the traveler
Maybe Furina's Archon Ability is seeing future timelines? That's why she was afraid of the Knave even when they first met, because she knew she was going to attack her.

White Furina is more of a front, being the actor as symbolised by her standing on the stage with the curtains, she put up an flamboyant and larger than life kind of persona as a way to reassure her people that everything is totally fine when in truth it wasn't, the Black Furina is her true self which is more pragmatic and knew that the prophecy is inevitable but she's totally powerless to do anything as symbolised by her sitting back in the audiences' seats because she's not the one running the show, this might mean that Fontaine will be submerge after Act V
Well Nahida did say that Fate is the ultimate knowledge.
I just don't like her because of the trials…like she wants it dramatic which could end someones life…and to play with that is just no. Otherwise i like her
Imagine the old movie unedited reel and let's say it titled "fontain's fate:the prophecy" .. What if this "reel" is just waiting for the editor (traveller) to change and demand to re-shoot some "scenes" on the movie and change the ending of the movie for it's "final cut" .. maybe this time,it'll be a happy ending for everyone ..
I never been obsessed to a character SO MUCH that make me feel SO NOT NORMAL about it like Furina, I love her SO MUCH. And i wish to see her backstory.
If you somehow prophesized a scenario that you are to be stabbed to death sometime in the future, then you are certainly unable to stop it anyway as it is your prophesized fate. The only way you can stay alive is to well prepare a show in which you are pretended to be killed in exactly the same scenario as you prophesized. This is the so-called "unless you can first deceive fate itself".

Yes this has been made clear throughout the story so far multiple times… We allready know she is very much aware and very much fully concerned by it.
However same as with Neuvillette cinematic, once again theres NOTHING to hint at a loop, i really think youre reading too much into it for whatever reason (maybe due to HI3rd).

I think its simpler than we think. I think its exactly as she says. The flood already happened and everything we see, smell, and can touch is fake.
I thought the teaser was pretty clear. You can't determine truth or fiction based on human perception (kinda what shes says all the time). The prophecy is truthful because is effects all characters on the stage but not the audience.
However the issue is you don't know whether you are a character or audience, so all you are left with is deceiving the prophecy in order to overcome it.
The question is how?
