Was super excited for this and haven’t had McDonald’s in years and… all for me to not get my code 😅 Heard it could take a day or so but still haven’t received it 🤷🏼♀️
Also felt the 1 code per order is kinda odd I wanted both codes but don’t really want to make 2 orders 🤦🏼♀️ Poorly planned like some others have said
I had to order the chicken meal twice because I originally bought the pie and chicken meal together and only got a pie code…mad that I paid for the meal twice just to get my glider code but I’m happy I got them after hearing all the issues. Both my codes came 20 minutes after ordering.
Contacted the McDonalds Customer Support at 1-800-BIG-MACS and the automated prompt stated that McDonalds knows about the issue and there is no resolution date.
I got my receipt for my purchase amd that's all I got

Nothing about this was helpful. Wish you would have shown the options THAT should be selected, because there are multiple on the app. For me, my email is included, I do have my rewards selected but not my communication or push because I don't want to be harassed by Mc.D's. When you select how to redeem it on the app it just takes you to the menu of choices and not to the exact option that should be selected, so this would be nice to see. Do I need push notifications selected, or just the communications or all three? Because I have the my rewards notification selected but that must not be it cause I got an email for my receipt of purchase but nothing on that says here is your code. Also, is that picture you showed the actual email you get with the code? Is that what it looks like so I will know this is what I need to look out for? I don't understand how I got an email for my purchase but not the rewards, ughhhh.
Got my code for the meal after 26 hours and multiple polite emails with customer service. Tonight im planning to get the pie. Hopefully all the kinks in the system have been figured out by then.
I got my code after 40 minutes of picking up my order lol. Do note you're only getting the glider and namecard if you're ordering the meal only even though the apple pie comes with it. If you want the extra rewards, you will have to purchase the apple pie alone.
I finally got both my two codes from McDonald's customer service in my emails after contacting about the issues with the codes two days ago. It should arrive for those who contact McDonald's support about the codes. You gotta be patient.
I had the same problem, also they can't do the order through the counter they told me they could too but they can't they can ring it up as the regular meal and pie tho, also the pple at my McDonald's were really rude except one lady who wasn't even the manager and she was able to help me through the process so bless her, anyway I had to wait til I got paid again and order through the app so I guess I just got to wait 24hrs now lol

The glider is legit small but looks good.
Also I didn’t order the pie separately either. I got the meal and got the rewards for the glider, name card, apple pie, and recipe all in one go day one.
