The game features an open-world map, which the player explores by walking, climbing, swimming and gliding as necessary. Many objects and places of significance are spread throughout the map. Players can control up to four of their characters at any one time. By completing quests to advance the story, the player is able to unlock a total of 30 playable characters.

Each character has two unique combat skills: a normal and a special skill. The normal skill can be used at any time except for the cooldown period immediately after use, while the special skill has an energy cost, requiring the user to amass sufficient elemental energy first.

Cooking is another significant aspect of Genshin Impact’s gameplay. Players gather many resources in the course of their adventure, some of which can be turned into dishes via cooking. Some dishes regenerate characters’ health, while others boost attack or defensive abilities.

  1. Yeah this should be easy to fix. Considering Mihoyo made Genshin using Unity, it’s just wrong camera position for the outside world of Scene “Teyvat”. All the game fix department has to do is to put that camera gameobject at the right place, facing the South-West side of Mondstadt.
Or maybe my thought is wrong: outside window might be in the same Scene of Knight of Favonius HQ, so they placed extra gameobjects (the buildings etc) in it, but forgot to place them like the outside Scene of Mondstadt (Teyvat).
The difference between the 2 thoughts is just that: the first one requires complicate coding, while the second one adds more MB to the game.

  2. Everyone's mentioning the scenery does not match, while here I am thinking which floor is Jean's office. I mean when you look at the window you can see clearly that the view is on the 2nd floor, while the door of the office is located on the 1st floor.

  3. Creepy enough, but before 1.5, Aether's face would appear on the window, looking at the office chair from behind. They removed the face since, but it did give players quite a scare.

  4. if you look closely on the window, either you have lumine or aether as mc, you can see aether's reflection on it

my friend discovered it and I went to check it out and it surprised me

  5. I just got Klee and decided to blew up jean's office with her e, right? then her e jumped out of the window like it was a transparent window and I was like "?!?"

  6. The window on right wall also supposed to be Klee's solitary confinement room but it shows vast exterior environment without the rest of Favonius HQ building. Is that door to Klee's room is Doraemon's teleportation door, I wonder?

  7. The outside and the inside, are two different scenes. You cant really fix this. That's just how unity (engine in which genshin is made) goes.

Maybe in the pot, you could make both outside/inside be in the same scene, but for the overworld (specially cities) it would be too taxing.

What could've done is the rework all the interior building scenes (one by one) to match as close as possible with what you would actually see. But thats so much work for so little result.
