Masanori's second form is somewhat like when the Red and Purple Kiragi's form where one heals when the other dies.
So yeah, they can't be frozen. If everything could be frozen then cyro characters would be very OP not that they aren't.
Considering how much Kaeya mains (like myself) there are in the comments, you propably wouldnt regret making him a pure (cryo and phis) dps in godmode

You can't swirl cryo and pyro at the same time from 1 enemy, because when attack melts, it doesn't apply cryo/pyro on the enemy, but removes a certain amount of strength from pyro/cryo status accordingly.
After I lost the fifty fifty to Kazuha, I finally got a kaeya constellation😭
I kept getting kaeya all the way until c5 and I thought it sucked since that was way back in 1.1 but he's real good with diluc when I didn't have xingqiu. Those were good times

When masanori enters his energized state sometimes he's immune to CC I think. The other samurai are like that too if i'm not wrong
When it comes to his cons, his cons4 can rly ve useful if u were a beginner… but the problem is, starter characters constellation are rly hard to get ;__; it took my a year to finally get him to c6… 3 constellations from standard and the other 3 from the shop.

When masinori is in his second phase he cant be frozen 🙂

I think Raising videos should be 80,6 6 8/6 8 8 or 8 8 8 for main dps with all important talents,God mode 8 8 8(maybe a crown),BiS weapon,best artifact set,realistically J don’t think a lot of people consider 70 raised as most have the charachters they actually use at 80 and high invested charachters at 90

Whenever you god mode use him either as the main or subdps/cryo applicator in a physical/superconduct team as like a mobile Rosaria for electro applications I recommend cookie (if you need a healer), or ei, but fishl and beido work as well. I also would recommend yunjin (if your main is using basics). Kayea is also good for melt yomimia as a f2p qiqi

Kaeya xianling bennet sucrose is amazing for dps sucrose
im a kaeya main and my favorite team for him is with bennett, rosaria and xinqiu – perm freeze. Hes built blizzard so he doesnt need much crit rate + theres rosaria cr build + cryo resonance. You can go full crit dmg with that one and even with cryo build if you level up his aa it will still deal around 5k. I think he is so easy to build and so underrated.
Masanori cant ve frozen on his 2nd phase.. same on those boss samurai.. only zongli petrify can stop them..
Kaeya is… Not just a support lol
He can do a lot of physical damage or cryo if you use Chongyun to convert his attacks. His normal attacks are actually very good. I like cryo Kaeya because his E's damage is also pretty good when you build him for it.
