This is similar to the character drip tier list, the ultimates tier list, but this is the skill tier list for genshin. we rank the best one based on looks, NOT USEFULNESS. AGAIN. BASED ON LOOKS.

Jean's E is very satisfying with C2 (I believe it's C2), where if you hold it longer, the wind blows more violently, accompanied by a sound effect that's just as satisfying as throwing enemies away. It's especially nice in a grassy area. Poor girl deserves more love. ._.
