  1. Genshin Lore is…vast… like…so big, Ive played since launch and it gives me swirly eyes.

Also yes you CAN play Genshin optimally without paying. I have paid like barely anything, and anything I spent was google fun bux.

  3. I don’t think it’s been put into perspective here, Nux.
The amount of lore in this game is so goddamn heavy that EVERY ITEM IN YOUR INVENTORY has lore that ranges in length from anywhere between a sentence to 8 full paragraphs.

  4. Dude, you don't even… The lore in this game so deep. Item, artifacts, weapons has lores. Even books you can pick up has lore. Charachters, areas. This is a lore lovers heaven. Just saying. Its deeeeeeeeeppppp😂😂😂

  5. Genshin is lore heavy that there are a big portion of players who doesn't even care about combat or leveling up characters. They just sprout back when a new story update comes out. Even crabs, lizards and sea fungus have lore in them. Don't get me started with that sea fungus, it was horrifying. Also, there are lots of lore content creators for Genshin.

  6. If You really want something to go off with starting genshin plot:
-There is a scene with kid cursed into a monster who unalives himself by throwing himself of cliff.
-There is primodial gods breaking out of their long slumber.
-There are ancient civilizations hidden benith everything.
-There is basicly a fight between humans and demigods vs literal gods of their world.

Tbh everyone complains about plot been too long- i get it; insted of "he run away" you get "he chose to make the best choise for himself by seperating himself from his former home and seperate bonds holding him back in place he grew up" — Then yeaa i can see it bee too long sometimes especially when it's some side character speaking.

But there are deaths on screen. It's sometimes dark and You can feel the world lives.
But ppl choosing to skip every dialoge they get… Kinda ignoring part of game tbh ;V Hot take: It's idiotic to skip Everything. Some meaningless sidequests sure. But Skipping Voiced main plot and telling it has none is pathetic.

    Have a nice day!

  7. the genshin murder mystery quest was actually done really well i was invested throughout the whole thing and there was many plot twists, overall the entire fontaine quest was well written and peak storytelling, genshin's story used to be mid at the start but it got really good later on. Now i mostly play for exploration and story content

  8. "Is she actually going to try to 100% genshin impact!?"
It is doable. Just a fuckton of time is needed. One of my favorite places to 100% was actually the flying nail areas. All of them were great times.

  9. Genshin is pretty cool… but boi is the dialogue overwritten AF.

Even if the character you talk with is the "doesn't talk much" type… You will have Paimon on the side fill up the talk as if the game itself is getting paid by the word.

Also as you play you experience pretty much a mute MC… except they have HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS of voice acted lines that you NEVER HEAR by just playing through the plot

  10. The main quests surround the regions and their god, and every one of them is better than the last. Starting Genshin can feel disappointing since the first quest is mostly a tutorial, but I highly recommend exploring beyond that and experiencing the rest of the game (Fontaine, Sumeru and Inazuma are all gorgeous and filled with lore and adventure). Nothing against the first two regions, but I see people get bored when they first try it because they don't look beyond the tutorial part. Either way, I highly recommend watching some version trailers or character teasers to get an idea of everything the game has to offer! I love seeing your reactions and the trailers might show you the beauty of this game beyond the anime waifus and husbandos.
