  1. I don't really feel the need to dedicate myself to *A* game. At the end of the day, these are two different games, and even if they're a similar game type, it seems silly to just forego one if both have good content – so far I've enjoyed the hell out of exploring Genshin, and while I'm several years late to that party I have to say it's amazing to have such a massive amount of quality content to experience when starting a game. It's almost overwhelming, but not in a bad way. Maybe once Wuthering Waves has been out for a couple years I'll give it a go, but it's hard not to notice a lot of the criticisms of Genshin are not really faults in the game, they're that people got burned on some odds, haha….

Gacha is a disease, and people who absolutely HAVE to have something in a game where they're forced to essentially gamble for it, should probably find a different type of game to play. Or a bigger credit limit. Not that that's a very bright idea.

  3. Gus just wait a few years jinshi skin might became free you just need to farm for ingame currency of it like in Punishing gray raven even though it might be hard and time consuming Kurogame will definitely make all skin that will appear in the future farmable ,

  5. My 1st time playing Genshin. I used all my primos and spent $100 to get venti in the 1st release but did not manage to get it. My 1st time playing WuWa I got not only 1 but 2 5* character for my asterite. Genshin is a cash grab machine, thank god I quit that game and wuwa definitely is a fresh air.

  6. I still play genshin for the story ( I dont know about ya’ll but I still wanna see khaenri’ah ) but so far the regions have been taking a turn for the worse… It just doesnt even make sense any more. Like dinosaurs?… in the same region that has a motorcycle?… Not to mention the dude with the eight bit pet that sticks out like a sore thumb. Yeah the direction seems pretty non-existent with this one.

  7. I was expecting WW to be good. I was sorely disappointed. Everything was lackluster. It looked like a shirt that got washed out in the machine. The combat had no impact, feeling stiff to a fault. The va at the start took me completely out of the experience, Yangyang in particular.
I went back to Genshin in 6 hours. JUST 6!
This is entirely subjective. If you disagree more power to you.
I do hope it becomes like MS V Apple where each company and game push each other to the limit of its absolute best. But as it stands WW is lackluster imho.

  8. I'm not sorry after seeing the Dwayne Crying theater because he only makes 40+ million a month and he can't afford to give more than 3 pulls I can't stop laughing when someone

try to defend genshin, soon Dwayne will sell hot shit for 999.99 while crying and what's more disturbing, people will buy

  9. Started WuWa the day it came out, but it felt so limited with the only addition actually interesting was being able to run and wallrun without wasting stamina and the "pokΓ©mon assist", besides the feeling of copy+paste Hoyo formula of farming material from bosses to upgrade and build characters, and battle pass with free and paid prizes. Like they're going "Genshin is nice, but if *I* was the one making it I'd do this!" and they seem to have repeated it with the flying-gliding mechanic.
People are making much noise about this update, that I'm actually curious and willing to reinstall to see it , but gotta wonder: is it really that much better from launch month? Is it building a character/farming easier for new/returning players? The story is building up to something? Are there more charismatic characters?
I found the story at first mid (no actual direction besides protag clichΓ© memory lost and "mysterious connection" with the dragon gods) and only about two characters over a dozen or playable actually had some memorable non-1D personality (the tiger/dancing lion boy and the villain with non-chinese name).

  10. "i feel bad for genshin players" but they can just play wuwa? 😭 genshin vs wuwa people are the dumbest people alive. why you all fighting each other and treat like a competition when you can play both games lol it's so stupid how people think they have to take a side and decide between genshin or wuwa, you can be a fan of both games.. playing one game doesn't mean that you have to be against the other and aren't allowed to play the other game. this behaviour is so immature and stupid. people should play whatever they're interested in, i promise you you will feel much better that way

  11. Im still kinda sad you can't fly in Huanglong, like you can see its being used in Mt. Firmament in the vid right there but then I tried it nope. Still though despite that that's literally my only complaint for WuWa. For Genshin, I and many other people have a list of complaints that have more pages and words than its entire lore.

  12. Cost Sunk Fallacy, yes that's the only reason I'm still playing genshin and keep on playing but not to the extent I used to play, I just log in spend resin, play events, archon quest, do exploration only if I'm short on primogems and DONE.
Now also started playing wuwa from 1.0, and it has improved a lot in 2.0 but still have some issues like not enough echo exp and very low enemy drop rate I keep on farming, but it's still not enough 😭
