I accidentally messed up my original comment, but I agree. I don't really think there's any actual must pulls, but Furina and Nahida are the closest to that category. You can always play another DPS, there's an accesible form of RES Shred in an artifact set, there's multiple characters with CC, you can always find some other Elemental applicator. But nobody's bringing healers to the spotlight the way Furina does, and dendro is mid without Nahida (seriously, playing dendro in a Nahidaless account is not even worth it if you already got other teams available).
I would say Arlecchino is also up there with the F2P, because she does great damage even at low investment, you don't need constellations and her best team is Overload, which is all 4 stars.
I skipped every furina banner to date saving for Ganyu (F2P)
I have a built ready for her and she has 99.1 Crit rare and 208 Crit dmg
