Especially with the Fact that the other Featured weapon is Vanquisher (Zhongli's Sign Weapon), if you lose then you could get that, which is almost useless

His signature is one of the best signatures for a 5 star character. It gives massive dmg boost. But if you're using sacrifial jade already then won't be that much of an upgrade for u.
I chose his c1 first over the weapon and didn't regret at all
There isn't any realistic way to "compare" them as every weapon will require a different amount of hp, hydro dmg, crit artifact pieces to maximize damage. You can only assume how much damage difference it would make unless you have the perfect artifact pieces per weapon to do so.
