C2 makes the debuff last 10 seconds at least it looks like it says that
I thought that the C2 makes the buff lasts up to 10 seconds since it says increased by and not increased to?
Elegy is best weapon, since you need the ER and it's very easy to get full stacks with faruzan.

Heyo everyone! Is it worth to play genshin again? Haven’t played since the second zhongli banner and i randomly stumbled across this channel again so I thought i ask you guys if you’d recommend it or not 🙂

By the way C2 DOES NOT make the 4s buffs last 6s,it literally makes the whole burst last 6s longer, her burst deploys The Dazzling Polywhatever thingy and the con literally makes the Polywhatever thingy stay 6s longer so its a 6s extension to the duration of her burst.
If it said that The Prayerful Wind and Perfidious Wind's Bale's effect is increased to 6s THEN it would've meant that it increases the buffs by or to 6s duration.
I would say C2 is probably a must its either you go up to C2 cuz both C1 and 2 are good or you go straight for C6 or keep at C0 she's not as bad as ppl make her to be imo but yeah i myself am having her at C1 and i'm hunting for C2 then i will stop, i rlly want that extra 6s of burst duration cuz that alone is rlly good its like 2-3 refreshes for the anemo res debuff and anemo dmg buff that a selfish anemo DPS that can't rlly be swapped too often like Wanderer and Xiao could definitley benefit from ALOT.

yeah tho u got her some energy using the dps's skills and still even at 200% ER its a fuss to get her burst up c4 would prob kinda help with that and c6 is just different character , c6 is just a 5*
doesnt her c2 say "increased by 6 seconds." doesnt that make 10 in total. im sorta confused about if i wanna pull for c2 for 10 second shred or not
You misunderstood C2. C2 in increase on her burst duration for 6 seconds more than standard.
Hate her play style don't care how useful she is
