Speaking from my own experience, I enjoyed her quest. In a perfect world, I would have preferred to go deeper into her past and what her curse is. I'm pretty neutral on the siblings. They didn't add or take away from the story. Childe and Arlecchino talking was pretty cool. I wish they talked more about the political agendas of the fatui, though.
As for paimon yapping, I can't remember it because naturally tune her out during voiced story. Regardless, we can all disagree and get along as long as you can explain why you think a certain way.

Arlecchinos story quest was a decent quest completely ruined by the cinematic. Paimon may not have repeated herself in the quest but 70% of the quest was her telling us what happened in the trailer in fucking Paimon language and the one plot point not in the trailer (erasing memories insured of killing people who leave) you understand 10 min into the quest and they spend 2 hours pretending you don't because you're obviously dumb as a brick.
