I love the fact that they explained about the Divine Throne, cause I was always wondering how a God can be replaced after they die. So, even if a Archon dies, it can be replaced by another one, because the Divine Throne is what gives the authority to the new Archon. Like, when Makoto died, the Electro throne was empty and Ei took place, becoming the Archon. The same with Nahida, probably the same with Pyro and Cryo Archons. And I think that Liyue won't have a new Archon because Morax is still alive, even the people think he is dead. Focalors destroyed the Hydro Throne, so, anyone can be the new Hydro Archon anymore.
