I doubt there will be a delay, but if Jean does get a rate up than I'll definitely pull. How is it I have Diluc C3 and Keqing C2, but no Jean, Mona or Qiqi. That just ain't right man, that just ain't right.
The fact that China having people dying kinda puts perspective on what's more important. I think they could do 2 or even 3 standard banner characters for rate up banners. Or hey, the 4* characters that you can only get in the standard banner could be the 4* characters. Meh, just my thoughts.

More time to save primos if it gets delayed I guess.. I already have all standard characters except Keqing and looking at the sales of her banner I doubt they will give her a rerun 😂 Also I aint wasting my guaranteed banner character for any standard characters 😎
I've been playing since day 1 and I still don't have Jean and Mona. mostly because I don't lose 50/50 often, but I still have 4 Keqings, 2 qiqis and 1 Diluc
I love the idea of the weapon banner. Tho please don't put jade spear in there
I have it r3 and I never even rolled for it (I got it on standard, eula weapon banner, shenhe weapon banner)
And no I do not have xiao
Also I hope that IF the update will be delayed I hope there won't be drama cuz of it

I'm cool with it. Honestly once my welkin runs out I'm probably going to take a long break until the new region. There's not enough going on anyways. I hope the situation get better in China and wish them all the best, I was getting burned out anyways so this doesn't affect me one way or another. People's lives always come before a game

I have a feeling that they will delay the 2.7 banner ( world just crazy right now so wouldn't be surprising) would I be upset ? Not really.. shit happens u know.. maybe I would feel a bit different if I cared for those 2.7 characters .. but at the end of the day like u said… we're talking about people's health here… and that should come first before anything.

I have a C4 Diluc, C3 Mona, C1 Qiqi, C1 Keqing and NO JEAN. If she had a rate-up banner, I would absolutely pull.
