I think Sara could work better than Bennett here, as Nahida doesn't mind swapping off to reapply buffs (like Noelle, Diluc…) and Sara would not only give electro resonance, but also wouldn't ruin reactions like Bennett does.
After watching the video I went to pull on the banner to get Sethos. Didn't get him but now Nahida is c2. (She was c0)

Hi Moga! Long time C6 haver here. Nahida's highest damage output team is as follows:
C2+ Furina with Key of Khaj Nisut (but if no key, Furina still BiS)
Bennett, traditional noblesse build
Deepwood Memories Fischl with Elegy, if no Elegy then Raiden is next best option.
Nahida using Gilded Dreams. With Dendro Goblet, my Nahida sits at 718 EM using R3 Sig. That's before any buffs come into play. 206 crit damage over 52 crit rate (before A4).
She hits 180k tri karmas for me. Hope this helps you get the most out of her damage!

I have a C6 R5 in the nahida with triple crowns, I have my build with 700 em so I buff to 800 when I Mark a Target and then marked up to 1,000 when I use the ultimate because of the 25% bonus it makes my tri charmic and the C6 attacks for around 120k.. that's running at 50 rate and 150 damage, and I run her in a hydro pyro electrodrome team running perfect to increase her damage that way
It’s crazy how I have pulled on two of nahidas banners and currently pulling the current banner and I could get her at all and you pull a few times and get three copies of her 😂

Remember, she can tag up to 8 enemies. You spent way too much time on the dorito and 1-3 target fights when part of the power of the C6 is she can do that damage * 8, making her a more effective AoE character.

63% Crit rate on Nahida is actually 86% with 690 EM, unless someone on your team has at least 800EM, then it's 87%.
You get Crit Rate based on the amount of EM you have with a max of 24%
Because Nahida's burst takes 25% of the highest EM on your team and gives it to her, which means your target is 800 to get that 1000 EM milestone (800 + 20% is 1000)
However with C4, your true goal is 700 EM because tagging at least 1 enemy gives her 100 EM for free. And I say 1 enemy because when you're fighting a boss, it's often just a single enemy.
Fatui Trio – always go with facing pyro first so they don't go everywhere and scatter around
on flip side, I've got Nahida C1 and cookie in capturing radiance just 10 pulls at 6 pity, because I've had guaranteed 4 star on banner and wanted to snipe a copy of cookie.
Imagine not knowing what a character talent does and C6-ed that character with a very unoptimized build. Every video is painful to watch, but I kept watching anyway lol, somehow it's addicting.
That overload team is so absurd, none of them has any synergy, yes some have like miko nahida but the strong pyro from xiangling destroyed that synergy, its so difficult to trigger quicken once xiangling do her burst, speaking of her burst, solo xiangling will needing you to build a million ER for her, especially none of your character using favs, and lets be honest, miko by herself didn't deals much DMG even with aggravate, she still just deals okay DMG and instead of Benny, using zhongli makes the team even worse, yes, he brings comforting shield, but what else he does? Res shred? For who? Miko who deals no DMG? Xiangling who burst once every patch? That is one of the worst team in the entire game
