Adding 2 cryo you will get cryo resonance and superconduct lowering physical resistance as well when oz procs it. Great build but xingqui should be taken out and do a superconduct team instead

Leave it to the whale to completely make my f2p fischl look like a lvl20 amber. With the same kind of artifacts i do about 10k with a crit, no bennet buff or supper-conduct. With all that it’s about 15k

Many people on youtube have claimed they have the best Fischl, yet none of them came close to mine, since I went ahead and got her lvl90 and talents 10/10/10 with c6 (so 10/7/7) while I had either similiar or better artifacts. The only downside I have is R1 Skyward Harp. But this time, finally I can safely say, that you do have better Fischl, no questions asked. These artifacts are absolute bless with that R5 Skyward Harp! I'm happy to see such a strong Fischl, even tho I stopped maining her once I got Hu Tao, especially since my Hu Tao is now tripple crowned (but only c0 tho 🙁 )
Once again, I approve this as the best Fischl I have ever seen so far, well done.
Damn and I thought my Artifact Set with 75% CC and 179% CD was OP. That extra 50% CD does a lot.
and now here's me, using her as a support for Chongyun

what are those artifacts what the hell. this is honestly the only impressive thing, i see here together with the harp. but i mean.. imagine a hu tao c1 with these substats.
You have to run with a character with long legs like Jean, Beidou, Male Traveler, or maybe Rosaria to get the fastest running speed and combine it with jumping. (jumping only works on flat terrain)
Like this maybe you got a chance to get these orbs.
