  1. Im glad someone is looking at this in a similar view as me. Maybe she doesn't work meta wise. Iv seen jobs/classes/characters in multiple games where the meta says "broken, unusable, dont use," and a handful of people push through the mockery and make something good. I hope i can do that.

  2. Well, I don't have her weapon yet, so I threw a Blackciff Slasher level 81 (planning 90 on both, and her weapon will be r1 for now) r5 into the act. My artifact set is going to be different than yours, as I'm working the Weapons, Levels, and Talents angle (the non RNG side of things). So, I have mostly weekly boss goodies. I do still need to level her up, but I think I have a fair idea where I want things to go. This may be a setup for you to try. I would recommend building up the normal attack at some point anyway as it will add damage to any plunge attack you might do aside from helping out in a pinch. The Cryoregisvine or Pyroregisvine come to mind, since there is a nice hole you can drop in on them from. The Cryohypostasis also comes to mind since you could glide over from further away, though the closest teleport point is very near (up to you). I will be getting to talent upgrades later, as I'm working on some other things (including Mora for all the work to be done).

For now, I am running a mix of two-piece Gladiator's Finale and Wanderer's Troupe with an Instructor 4* Pocket Watch as an off piece. Do note that I will be looking for better pieces, but I have a roadmap in mind. I'm looking for Attack or Attack percent, Crit Rate and Crit Damage, HP percent where possible, along with flat HP, Pyro Damage Bonus, Energy Recharge, and Elemental Mastery. Now, not all these pieces are fully built, and some had to have rolls used to get stats unlocked. RNG played a role there, but some did better than others, so as noted, at least I have the map.

For the Flower, we have Gladiator, and this is 5* and not built, but it has the stats I'm looking for, and only the RNG as it's built will make it better or worse. Hopefully, I get one roll each. Sub stats in order: ER, EM, Attack %, HP %. Right now, at level 0, we have 717, 4.5%, 21, 5.8%, 4.1% in order top to bottom.

Next, a Wanderer Feather, and again stats I'm looking for at level 0, 5*. Sub Stats in order: HP %, Attack %, ER, EM. Values in order: 47, 5.3%, 5.8%, 6.5, 19. I'm hoping for a roll each.

For the Sands, I was looking for ER to be the main, but I found an EM one that had ER in it. Percentage versions instead of flat might be better, but it's hard to say for now. This is the off piece, so if I find a better piece that has these same stats to start, that would be good, but this had to have two rolls thrown in to get stats unlocked. All stats in order: EM, Crit Rate, ER, Flat HP, Flat Attack. The numbers: 89, 2.8%, 4.1%, 215, 16. This piece is at level 9/16.

For the Pyro Goblet, I have Wanderer's Troupe, and I have built this to 16/20. I don't remember if I had to roll to unlock anything, but while this doesn't have all I wanted, it will do for now. Sub Stats in order, though I'd like to replace the last: ER, HP %, Flat HP, Defense %. The numbers: 38.7%, 5.2%, 10.5%, 538, 13.1%.

For the Circlet/Crown Gladiator is back, I don't remember if I had to roll to unlock anything, but It is at 6/20. Full Stat list: Crit Rate, Flat Defense (would love to swap that out), HP %, EM, Flat HP. THE numbers: 12.6%, 19, 5.3%, 21, and 269.

Dehya herself is at 35/40, though I do plan on 90 and full talent build (10's all around, though the normal will be built last though even. In other words, as I get the other two leveled and it doesn't matter which I start with, once they have both been improved, improve the normal. When it comes time to add crowns, normal goes last). For now the stats look like this when viewed from her main page:
    EM: 230
    Crit Rate: 20.4%
    Crit DMG: 100.3%
    ER: 120.3%
    PYRO DMG Bonus: 38.7% .

Now if I recall correctly, her weapon is Attack and Crit Rate so for what I have now that crown would probably have to swap to Crit Damage and keep the rest as is, but I'd be aiming for high 80's to 100% total Crit Rate with corresponding 2 to 1 ratio on the Crit Damage.

As for the team, it would be a situational case, but my over-world team right now for the desert is Thoma, Xingqui, Dendro MC, and Qiqi. She could be slotted in place of the MC, you just have to use Thoma or Qiqi with Xingqui's burst/ultimate, since they are the only ones who'd trigger it the best for that team. You want a fast attacker to use those rain swords. After that, unleash Dehya's Burst/Ultimate to mop up whatever is still around. She serves as more of a mob killer, than boss killer, but you can see uses for that like weekly bounty targets that just happen to be weak to Pyro. She can do some clean up and deal with the boss. As for her triggering Xingqui's swords while she herself is in normal mode, she might, but she's not as quick with the Claymore as Eula, though she does use Beidou's charged pattern for the Claymore. Hmmm . . . Beidou Dehya teamup, possibility, but Beidou's burst really wants a quick attacker when that's active for best use. Dehya Eula . . . Possibilities there for helping Eula with her burst. Yes, I know Eula mostly does physical damage, but I did build her with the aim of increasing Cryo for her burst, though I still need to get the Blizzard Strayer set for her and Qiqi both (it's on the to do list I only got both to 10's and level 90 not that long ago, I've been busy).

  3. I used Dehya with Mona bennett kazuha. Just 36 starred this abyss with this team
If any of you focusing on Hyper Carry Dehya I recommend getting C1
    My Dehya is C1 with R1 Beacon of the Reed sea & 2p Noblese – 2p Shimenawa (ATK%/Pyro/crit) (CR/CD – 55/222)

  4. She's a mess, I've seen a post and videos now showing that in all but like mono pyro and one vape team only using her skill, she's actually a DPS loss compared to just not bringing a 4th character at all because her skill does so little damage and has weird stuff like hitting to high to burgeon on tall enemies, and her burst is too long and doesn't work with any of the best sub DPS. It's wild how bad she is lol.

Glad people are still finding enjoyment with her, but her design and personality, she should have been a powerhouse.

  5. Mihoyo is slowly working towards zero damage characters. Fighting might cause anxiety and it is also very rude towards hillichurls. They are now reworking the game to include only puzzles, endless text quests and balloon chasing.

  6. "She is not too bad, she just needs a couple good supports!" Then you name Kazuha and Bennett who are arguably the two best supports in the game.
It's sad when a support needs the two best supports just to not be "bad". 🤣🤣🤣

All joking aside, thanks for sharing your thoughts on Dehya!

  7. It's nice to see people who've actually tried to build her or make her work rather than just simply dumping on her. Thanks for the vid! For my Dehya, I randomly slapped the 4 piece clam set on her BEFORE I saw any videos of it. Though not an insane damage dealer, she's as indestructible as either Noelle or Zhongli, and for me that's enough; I'm not a meta/numbers player. So, I think I'm going to keep her with that AF set xD.

  8. Although she does partially scale with hp, atk is actually much better on her! Also you should check out an emblem set on her, since the majority of her damage is burst damage plus she has such severe energy problems
