  5. Hoyoverse is a gacha company, they have learned about styling and art but they truly do not know how to make an MMORPG or an RPG with longevity. It is sad to see it happen not because of the potential, but because they are undermined so many other game companies that could have done a better job

  6. As expected, generalising the entire genshin community. Also making it sound like the community is keeping you away from playing the game, as if the game is online or something XD. It's like not playing god of war or horizon just because their communities aren't great or something. Sure, the community isn't that great, but what community is? Lol. Just some pretend better than other. It's the INTERNET. You will find assholes everywhere, and who would have thought, the minorities are always the loudest.

    It doesn't matter you crazy buns! You are playing a single player game. You guys need to get a wake up call. It's just a game, not real life.

  13. 1:40 teccy not realizing that mihoyo put out a poll themselves and pc is right above Xbox in 3rd place for consoles played on.

    MORE PEOPLE USE A CONTROLLER. OR SADLY THEIR PHONES TOUCH PAD. THAN A MOUSE AND KEYBOARD.

    OF GENSHINS 59 million total players only around 12 million were on pc. The majority at this point is obviously mobile. But apparently no google play store exists in China or something so iOS is like way more popular than android, OR ITS THE OPPOSITE. I cant remember.

    But the order is mobile, PlayStation, pc, Xbox. These are the console demographics of genshin impact.

    Also the snowflakishness of the genshin community derives from the fact that THIS GAME HAS THE LARGEST FEMALE PLAYER BASE OF ANY GAME IN THE PAST 20 YEARS. ITS SNOWFLAKISH, BECAUSE ITS ONE OF THE ONLY GAMES SNOWFLAKES PLAY.

    PARTLY BECAUSE IT HAS NO PVP AND SNOWFLAKES ARE TERRIFIED OF COMPETITION.

Eh in regards to the Genshin community the issue isn't the Genshin Community per se but the specific Genshin Twitter/Reddit based communities…individual streamer communities are generally cool (won't deny I blast the game regularly for it's gacha aspect though as it and the balancing for the gacha is the only aspect of the game that's honestly trash about the game…lack of past event storylines brought back or even removed (mainly for mobile's sake) would be the other main criticism I have with the game…maybe lack of actual hard content as well. The story (main story and character stories and sub quests) are decent enough, combat is…passable (no Tales, DMC, Dragon's Crown, Bayonetta, or hell even Honkai Impact (which has a bit more to it than Gensin and etc that's for sure), exploration is great (botw style exploration was the main reason i played the game in the end), music is solid (granted seems to go silent a lot), the artifact system's even solid imo even with the RNG (only RNG I'd want in the game, jsut get rid of the Resin system that exists solely due to the gacha mechanics of the game) and overall minus the gacha aspect it'd be a 8/10 game imo…with Gacha it will not go above a 5/10 though).

    I said it before and will say it again, would have preferred they went the FFXIV A Real Reborn style of releasing all content at once once every half year to a year for about $40 or so with all content released and permanent rather than have limited time events (only reason I was playing every day in the end was for said events that had story content and for primos…now for the last 2 weeks i only played 3 days and that was mainly to pick up each week's 2.7 delay compensation primos and to get 2.6's archon quest finished in case a limited time event needs you to beat it…from this point onwards I'll probably only play long enough to beat said story related events and get any event primos and take the other days off…ya means losing quite a few days of 60 daily primos but I plan on just getting the archons from this point onwards and each one will have roughly 8 or so version updates and events which will likely be more than enough to get not only the Archon for each region along with maybe 1 or 2 other characters (granted may wait for future characters' re-runs now). Hell right now i got about 12K primos and guaranteed character as i got Qiqi last so I won't be pulling on anyone besides the Dendro Archon next (so no Yelen or Kazuha…got Itto and Yoimiya so don't need to worry about their re-runs as i got them)…probably won't use anymore primos in weapon banner unless i got a lot of extra though…definitely won't bother hoping for a particular weapon though.

    Genshin along with one or two other gachas that shut down also more or less solidified my decision to not start playing another Gacha game that comes out in the future ever again even if it's for an IP i like (such as Ni no Kuni Crossworlds which is an IP I liked a lot but I will not play it as it's gacha…not to mention it's also talking about getting involved in the blockchain/metaverse/NFTs which is another huge red flag as well).

  31. You know, I have a hard time understanding people who spend hundreds of hours in the game, enjoy it, and then when they are at the end game where there is nothing to do they call this WHOLE game shit. There is literally hundreds of hours of great content before the end game.

  44. Tectone you shut up about people who use controllers. Controller is the most comfortable and natural way to play this game and I will not take your slander of my preferred way to play my waifu simulator.

    Like the other person in the video said, it's like BotW but with waifus. BotW is a controller game, Genshin is a controller game. How people can play this game with a keyboard and mouse is beyond me. I just play the game the way I feel is best for me, so shut up about it.
