Focalors is actually her alias, much like Morax is for Zhongli. Her real name seems to be either Finna, or Finina. As for her Elemental Skill, she has the power to control her summons, similar to the Oceanid. Another assumption is that maybe the summons are similar to Guoba, Oz, etc. As for her Elemental Burst, it is suggested that she absorbs gravity, Focalors creates a vacuum that can absorb the HP percentage of all team characters. In exchange, Focalors will provide additional significant damage buffs especifically for team characters who have scaling to HP%. Finally, we can only assume that her passive allows us to dive underwater.

    Fianna however, fían (plural fíana or fianna) was a small band of roving hunter-warriors. It was made up of landless young men of free birth, often young aristocrats, "who had left fosterage but had not yet inherited the property needed to settle down as full landowning members of the túath ".
    The fianna are the focus of a body of Irish legends known as the Fíanaigecht, 'Fianna Cycle' or 'Fenian Cycle'. Most are about the adventures and heroic deeds of Finn (or Fionn) mac Cumhaill and his fían members.

    So it's possible the Hydro Archon's name may actually be a reference to this, much like how Danmachi's Knights of Fianna also referenced these olden tales.(Also that was awesome tale)
