Get get Blackcliff pole. It's one of the best 4* weapons for dps. Get it, get it, crit is really good there. I use it on my main Xiao and he does big dmg (even tho" he is phys lol)

I would say blackliff. Xiangling cons are valuable but it's a crit damage weapon. Not the best for Xiao but decent

I think it would be better to get Blackcliff Polearm for Xiao or Hu Tao because of the crit damage stat. Xiangling cons would be cool but a 4 star polearm w/ crit stat is more beneficial for the account.
Xiao is the only anemo polearm right? So Xiao>Xiangling. And blackcliff>Xiangling i guess because it's the only offensive "guaranteed" polearm.

I think blackcliff is more worth because you can get character constellations whenever and a character is complete enough at c0 and its more worth to get new rather than extra

Yes, use your starglitter for the black cliff pole. Whether you get Hu Tao or Xiao it’s a good weapon for either of them and the craft able polearms are not the best for dps characters.
If you get Xiao, Blackcliff is a good weapon for him.
Id recommend getting black cliff for your future hu Tao (yes i believe in you that much) or future xiao.

Regarding Blackcliff vs Xiangling: I would go with Blackcliff, especially if you end up getting Xiao. It's one of his best 4-star weapons!

Why do you get all the Xinyan constellations! I have done 80 pulls on the banner and have been plagued by yoi yoi, only got 1 Xinyan con!!!!

I think you should definitely get Xiao over Hu Tao. Just because you already have pyro, but you don't have anemo – which is needed even in Sumeru desert. Also sure, choose the Blackcliff Pole. There's only so many different spears you can get, right?

Ok so abt the polearm or xianling i rly think you should get the polearm bc xiangling for me is not so worth it to save star glitters for a c1 or c2 but the polearm is good bc i thi k it has critdmg? And i think u need it for making the game better.Why is this so long idk dont ask me
