I wonder if this was intentional, I do remember speculation about a frame of a video from TGS that shows Genshin Impact loaded up on a Steam Deck. I was skeptical about that. But since Genshin now works on Steam OS through the official launcher. Could this mean Genshin Impact will be getting official Steam Deck support?
looks like lutris has an option for easy anti cheat, so I tried that on a regular linux desktop and that works, so I am gonna either look to see if someone tried it on the steam deck yet.
You shouldn't have removed the installer pfx. You should've just copied the location of the launcher and placed it in Properties>TARGET and START IN
That way you're using the same pfx.
By adding a new Non-Steam Game you made a new pfx and the old one becomes pointless. Now you have two prefixed, one has the game files and the other starts the game.
I have a problem, the entire installation is fine, but the verification window to the account meter remains blank
in terms of performance which is better between windows and steamos ?

thanks, been running AAGL since 3.4 – 3.5, but after trying this today on my Steam Deck, it runs much smoother. still thankful with AAGL team but using the official launcher is much better

Has anyone had trouble updating their launcher to 3.6? If anyone managed to fix the "storage" recognition issue, please let me know. xD
I got everything to work but the launcher needs to update and says I don’t have enough space anyone have a workaround for this ?
joining in with others to ask about how we go about updating? for some reason when i launch the game the launcher doesnt even appear, the game just boots up. so i don't even have the option to update since that would be in the launcher.. will tinker with it in the meantime
I followed step by step and managed to get the launcher. However, when I press launch, nothing happens and it doesn't pop up the game.
Says no storage for the update, any idea how to fix this.
Okay so i just did the update. it got to the part where it says unzipping file and then just said “failed to replace files”, like why?? I need helppp

Doesn't work as of 4/13/23. Did it exactly as in the video. Game files are on my SD card. Once I press "Launch" via the launcher, nothing happens.
