How good is the NUMBER ONE Lisa in Genshin Impact?

I wanted to make a Lisa video since getting C4 Lisa, and decided that playing with my mod Sylveon’s Lisa, a rank 1 Lisa on http://akasha.cv to compare against my own Lisa would be valuable instead! And turns out its pretty fun playing with #1 ranked units lol

  1. When it comes to non c6 Lisa, you want to do an elemental reaction with her tap e to get quicker stacks otherwise it will take a very long time to get the stacks needed, so she benefits from teams where she is more likely to get a reaction off of her tap. So teams with more auras helps in general like double hydro + Ororon.

  2. Lisa is liked and used since day one 🙂
I like her on more comfortable teams though. Dehya/Chevreuse or Dehya/Xingqiu or YaoYao/Kirara or Kokomi/Layla.
    Boring, I know …
Edit: I forgot to mention Lynette or Amber. Lisa loves the taunts.

  3. A little off topic but

I’m trying to build a dps Layla who will use Chongyun for cryo infusion so I can do melt, and then I got sucrose and xianlingon with em. What do you think would be a better pick between noblesse or instructors four set for Chong? (Seeing this vid really made me hopeful I can get results with layla!)

  4. I have a c3 lisa, wanting to try her once i get c4. Anyone ever try a thundering fury lisa with aggravate and using charged attacks to capitalize on the stack application without wasting thundering fury?

I imagine it should get good aggravate procs cuz of the multi-hit burst and charged attacks

  5. I cant really find any info about this, but a few weeks ago i was playing coop and a lisa player told me c2 xilonen can enable lisa to have two bursts on field at once. We tried it w my xilonen and it worked. It was cool to see 2 lamps taking up the boss arena.

I love meeting characters like lisa in coop that you dont see often.

    Sylveon's lisa is very strong.

  6. the fact that the damage equalizer between a c0r1 navia with bis artifacts and a c0r0 navia with 2/2 is a c6 xilonen is kind of crazy for me, navia's artifacts and signature are overtuned
edit: i am not talking about soluna's navia, i am talking about mine, both navias hit around 280 to 310k

  7. i don't usderstand the golden troupe. her E sucks. all that buffing to do one instance of damage that some characters do with a normal attack. her burst is much better and more useful and i would focus on that instead. funny this video getting recommended tho. i JUST dusted off my lisa playing with all-4-star teams in the abyss. she was kind of a liability ngl. but it still worked.

  8. Hi, I'm from LisaMains as well as the Lisa Guide's author, and would like to note about some things since I found this on my feed earlier!

Foremost, I understand this video is likely not intended to be necessarily educational to Lisa and instead more of a showcase/enjoyment/tribute (for lack of better words), but I feel there are corrections to be said since I think the information is relevant to halt unintended misinformation in case people take it as such. Also, I do not have any ill-intent and am well appreciative of more Lisa recognition regardless, I simply intend to just provide clear info! <3

Sylveon has also occasionally been around in LisaMains from time to time and am very much proud of them reaching #1 as well (although Lisa's leaderboard is smth I want to inform about)! 😀

    0:23 Akasha.cv's Lisa Leaderboard

Back in like end of 2022 — beginning of 2023, LisaMains had asked for there to be a Lisa Leaderboard on Akasha. On our fault, we did not specify and they made her leaderboards only calibrate on her Hold Skill (hE) damage, which is really not indicative of anything and purely just a flex, as Lisa's kit is not mainly her hE, but much more relevantly her Tap Skills (tE), Burst, and Reactions like Aggravate (even at C6). Because of her "new" leaderboards though, yes 4GT would be the most ideal in that leaderboard, and there is also almost no difference between the current hE and Aggravate hE because the additive Aggravate damage is minimal in comparison to the actual hE damage. But if one were to properly have a Lisa Leaderboard, we advise using the Keqing Leaderboard instead because there, Keqing's Leaderboard actually calibrates on an Aggravate rotation, which is more indicative of Keqing/Lisa as a character. There's actually quite a number of us on Keqing's Leaderboard with sets named "LISA's-" or smth, and of which 4TF is greatly preferred beyond doubt.

    1:03 / 24:22 Lisa's Gameplay / Burst Evaluation

It's kind of a misconception that Lisa's kit revolves around building and activating her Conductive stacks. And although they are definitely integral to her, her kit is very fluid as a Driver and her tEs and Burst are actually very effective, so it's generally advised to mesh both Tap and Hold Skills in practice. Her Burst is a much more pronounced damage profile than her hE and has greater multipliers (and not solely on paper too, partly because it does indeed snapshot), but yes her hEs are very satisfying!

    1:28 4GT Full Bonus

Although Lisa's hE takes ~1.9s, because of the lockout delay from swapping (and even with a macro), Lisa cannot benefit from the enhanced effect of 4GT's bonus (which is another reason why her leaderboards are so swayed so).

    2:05 Xilonen's C2 & Lisa

Yes! I haven't updated the guide yet to include Xilonen, but Xilonen is arguably one of Lisa's most impactful events because of her C2. One could even say Lisa is the only practical Electro character to fully benefit from the 5s CDR and 25 Energy too, since most Electro characters either do not make use of the energy or the CDR, whereas Lisa can now rotate in 15s instead of 20–25s and can unironically run 0 ER substats, which is very apparent!

As someone mentioned in the comments too, Lisa can have 2 Bursts simultaneously with Xilonen's C2 CDR, but only in Natlan since Xilonen can trigger her E twice from the E and from phlogiston.

    3:05 Kagura's Verity

This is an aside: I am aware the majority of the time Lisa is captured here is on (the assumed full effect of) 4GT, so you are not incentivized to tE as it would take longer than 2s, but Kagura's Verity is even more pronounced on Lisa, and still so at C6 because casting her hE also adds a weapon stack. So one could (at worst) tE twice and then cast hE for max Kagura's Verity stacks (as opposed to tE tE tE)!

–Also all of the teams showcased are exceptional too; some like the Navia one does require investment but the accounts here have the necessary amounts! I won't pry on the rotations too since I understand it was all experimentation.

    7:57 Double Electro Energy

Yeah, the Energy can still be a bit rough in a Single Target (ST) scenario, since there are less HP particles thrown around, and was currently not on Fav. However, that wasn't necessarily a fault on Lisa since most other Electros, even with Fischl in ST, do want some ER if they need it. Even prior to Xilonen C2, Lisa would only need to run ~120% ER as an average. It's also kind of a misconception that Lisa has poor Energy needs since this is really only a thing when Lisa is intended to be off-field and to support others; as an on-fielder, she has similar Energy requirements to other Electro on-fielders (generally).

    12:21 Lisa's Charge Attacks (CA)

Yeah her CAs do need time to get used to, but they are also fairly necessary when using her since her A1 makes them more relevant to stack Conductive, e.g. allowing stuff like tE CA tE. (I understand this moment was discussing plunging, but would like to point it out)

    13:09 Chevreuse Lisa

This is an accurate assessment of Lisa with Chevreuse: not very advisable since it is anti-synergistic to Lisa, but could be niche depending.

    19:16 Lisa Levels / Build

I understand the teams soon to be showcased were teams that do not require Lisa to be 90, but I just want to mention to readers that a majority of Lisa's preferred teams prioritize leveling her to 90.

I also understand that 2GT/2ATK% are just placeholders, but in case this was under the assumption from following her Leaderboard, I would—long-term—advise to opting for 4TF, especially in her more practical teams.

    0:53 / 25:06 / 25:28 / 21:12 No C6 Lisa / Xianyun 22:00 / 22:46 / 23:38 / 24:37 No C6 Conductive Stack Building

This was partially mentioned prior, but the freedom to hE upon swapping is a facade and should not be considered when playing her. Even with Xianyun enabling Lisa to plunge, Lisa is fully able to execute the maximum 8 plunges and still allow a hE without C6, as Lisa can weave tEs between Plunges, i.e. instead of Plunge 8x, one could do Plunge –> tE –> Plunge until satisfied; this would also alleviate the trouble to build Conductive, since building Conductive is actually very feasible and second nature with proper use.

Also, it's another misconception that it's necessary to build her Conductive stacks. Although I did claim they are almost second nature, Lisa can really do fine connecting her hE at less than 3 Conductive stacks, although yes it is slightly less ideal.

How her Conductive stacks work is that it merely increases the raw multiplier on the enemy with their own Conductive stacks independently, e.g. Enemy A with 3 Conductive stacks takes the full 3-stack damage and, say, Enemy B with 1 Conductive stack would take the damage from 1-stack. Further, you can very efficiently build her Conductive stacks in AoE with that team since Bennett allows Lisa to trigger Overload on her tE, which would "radiate" its Conductive stacks to a large AoE, which also reasons to lessen C6's potential.

I would argue her C6 being her most wanted Constellation is her largest misconception really. Although you did experience having her C6, it genuinely is less relevant when one can properly accumulate Conductive stacks with her kit.

And again, I do again very much appreciate Lisa's exposure! I hope this bodes well for any other future Lisa enjoyers too passing by! <3
