  1. Tbh idc either way cuz I'm more interested in building characters and exploration… Been a year and I still haven't been able to beat the 12th floor in time so I keep making different variations as I see fit to do so… I keep myself busy but mostly as a ftp player, I don't feel as invested or cheated as others will… Most of the time I don't get what I want anyways so I just chill with it as is 🤷🏾‍♂️

  2. I think genshin doesnt need to get more rewards. Genshin is a harder game, that is one of the biggest contrasts with hsr.
I think if hoyo just didnt say the wishes where for playing the game for so long noone would have complained.
I think the much bigger problem is like when barbara got nerved, because i think henshin has more little stuff that makes a difference. Something i think what should be added is that we get more stuff from ar 50-60, just try to visualise the effort, BUT NOOOOO ar 60 gets one effing standart pull.
Genshin doesn't really need stuff like a free limited 5star, genshin needs stuff like artefact loadouts, A FIXED MULTIPLAYER FOR GODS SAKE, a little bit more resin, fixed ar rewards, etc. (Yes, i think these are little in the sense that you dont just get something big for nothing. The loadout isn't that big for many people, and stuff like fixed ar rewards still needs much work to get the rewards, but the rewards would maybe actually visualise what progress the player made)

  3. While yes, getting only 13 wishes for latern rite is a bit stingy. But we also get a whole new massive area and quest that gave us a lot more primo than starrail. Not to mention the amount of content in both are not the same. I love both game and play both, and i tend to finish the quest, weekly simulated universe, events and the map a lot faster in starrail. The only way you can get more jades in star rail is by doing simulated universe or the forgotten halls. We do have less things to do on starrail compared to genshin.

So i think it's kinda make sense if the gifts they give are different. And yes, i know hoyo can choose to give same treatment to both and i also want that 20 free wishes. I'm just saying i get why they choose to do this instead. Not gonna stop playing both game anyway

  4. This is why I'm saying that this game, is not really new player friendly… I just started playing the game a month ago and people are saying save your primos but how am I supposed to save it when the starter characters are not really that good? Also, building up artifacts and weapons is a pain… I'm a f2p player and I would say, this is the best example of a not-so-f2p-friendly game 🫡

  5. Hoyoverse has made it known that honkai will always be their favorite and Genshin is just their “money maker.” A lot of the millions they make from Genshin isn’t even used for Genshin but for Honkai and it shows. It’s honestly a huge slap in the face to Genshin players and shows that they really don’t care about us…
They wish HSR would be as popular as Genshin and take the feedback from Genshin and put it into HSR to get more players. It’s definitely a business strat but shows how they truly do not care as much about Genshin as they will Honkai😔
(Coming from someone who plays and enjoys both. This is just messed up…Genshin is the reason Hoyoverse is so famous now and they can’t even show their appreciation to the players who made them known)

  6. I’m always blown away by how many wishes we get in hsr. I’m not even that invested in it, but the rewards def make it more enjoyable to play. I feel like I actually want to keep playing because I know it’ll be worth it. In Genshin a lot of the quests are either super long or super boring, and the rewards at the end are so small that it’s not worth it or even satisfying

  7. we should’ve gotten a free skin from either shenhe or ganyu. at least 20 pulls or more, something that makes it worth it 😭 instead of the same shitty characters for free with an additional character just because he’s in the banner. genshin is shit and they don’t care. every single one of you will still pay them and they will write some shitty apology and move on.

  8. As a player who plays both games I would like to point out that Genshin is a much more complex game when it comes to exploration, puzzles, etc. I was never unhappy about the Genshin Rewards and won't magically be unhappy now, just because another game gets more. Star Rail is still way younger than Genshin and the extra giftts are their way to pull in more players and compansate players for getting less gameplay/play time with new updates.
Getting 3 extra pulls is not the world, but it's a nice bonus and I'm happy about it.

What kinda bugs me is that this player outrage feels like the backlash payed games face when they sell their game buggy and not ready to play. Genshin is not only very playable and less bugged than other games, it's also very f2p friendly and gives us good stories and even full flashed side quests for events instead of just some minigame as in other f2p games. I had many many happy hours playing this game as a strict f2p player and it makes me sad how mad people get about some extra gift instead of enjoying the awsome stories, exploration experiences and puzzles we get nearly every update.

  9. As a Star Rail AND Genshin player, I admit that Mihoyo is really bullying Genshin players. If you look into the topic a bit more, you can find various reasons why, one of them is that Genshin has almost no competition as there are just few open world rpg gacha games with a graphic and storyline like Genshin, whilst there are several other closed world turn based rpg games out there that are competing with hsr. Nevertheless, this reason is not an excuse to treat your loyal community like this, it's absolutely ridiculous. Of course, everyone can have their own opinion, but I'd like to clarify to everyone to please NOT hate on hsr or it's players. They understand why you're upset and trust me, they're too, but spreading hate around these fandoms will only complicate the issues. <33
