I believe that Katheryn is in fact a robot/puppet like Ei made a robot for the Raiden shogun. Thus why there are Katheryn's in every adventurers guild location. Though they all act as individuals and only meet you for the first time you talk with them.

Alice is not a pyro element. Base from apple archipelago event, she is clearly a hydro element. It make more sense since mona is looking for her too.
I believe that mondstat was designed the way it is (surrounded by water) is because on the end game, alice will protect it using a huge bubble shield.
Also klee's ears are not normal and looks like elf maybe they are from somewhere else but now have settled in teyvat or maybe those naruto story of that lady who has Reinesharingan on forehead whom team 7 fights during war. Just like how in that its shown she came from somewhere out of earth and then had kids with humans but she had powers so she was sealed later maybe something thing story like that maybe… Just my imagination
