Why I can't find Hiromi?
i ve already found the 3 drifted bottles but i cant found hiromi
too fast I cant read the dialogue

Seems that some Inazuma quests are bugged somehow. I can't find Hiromi under Inazuma City even though I already have the bottle found from Dragonspine. I also can't proceed to continue the Gourmet Supremos series of quests after the first two.
