All this time I pondered the differences between Genshin's Almond Tofu and Almond Pudding that a lot of restaurants here serve… I guess it is really tofu made from almond milk instead of soy milk huh. The almond milk was cooked with coagulant instead of gelatin and sugar. It probably tastes pretty bland which is why it is served with drizzles of osmanthus syrup rather than almond pudding which usually is served with fruits.

  2. This is why I love Genshin Imapct. Teyvat and all it's countries don't feel made up. It feels like I could book a flight right to Liyue and sit in Wangshu Inn or Wanmin Restaurant. Never did I think that the in game food could be replicated IRL.

    Oh and Happy Birthday XIAO!! (Now I see why Hoyo is making Almond Tofu haha)
