I think he’s a 5 star because the signature bow he’s using is a 5 star upcoming geo bow, and no 4 stars in the game had a signature 5 star weapon till now.

His ears and tail kind of remind me of fox ears and tail. It would fit the theme of Inazuma being ‚inspired‘ by Japan and foxes play a relatively big role in Japanese culture.
