Since we know who is going to be in the 4.8 update, let’s count how many free pulls you can get before the first phase ends. If you’re planning to pull for Navia or Nilou, or maybe you want to save primogems for the Yelan and Emilie banners, this video will be useful for you.
Let’s start with dailies.
9 days in 4.7 plus 21 days in the first phase of 4.8 give us 30 days of daily commissions, totaling 1800 primogems.
Unfortunately, there is nothing left in 4.7: no new events or abyss resets, only dailies, so let’s move on.
We have a new limited map in 4.8 which will be released in the first phase. If you clear it in the first phase, you will get around 900 primogems.
A new summer event will also be available in the first phase. For completing it, we will get 1000 primogems, a free Kirara, and a free skin for Kirara. By the way, since free characters and free weapons rotate every patch, we can say that in 5.0 we will get a free weapon. But which one it will be is unknown at this moment.
Another sub-event in the first phase will grant us another 420 primogems.
Also, when version 4.8 goes live, we will get 600 primogems for server maintenance compensation. On top of that, we will get an abyss reset. Even though abyss rewards have been increased from 600 to 800, the abyss itself has become even harder. So let’s take floor 11 as the end and add another 600 primogems to the count.
Now to the Imaginarium Theater.
Since a lot of people struggle to clear it, in 4.8 The Imaginarium Theater will be improved. In the future, there will be an emphasis on reactions instead of character blocks by element, and more comprehensible mechanics will be introduced. Since we don’t know how much easier it will be, let’s take 550 primogems as the estimate.
I forgot to mention, Imaginarium Theater will reset on August 1st, as well as Stardust Exchange.
From Paimon’s shop, we will get 5 Intertwined Fates, or 800 primogems if we convert it.
Another 60 primogems will come from HoYoLAB daily check-in.
60 primogems from the new redeem code that will be released as 4.8 starts.
And around 100 primogems from web events.
Well, that’s everything we have.
We have 6890 primogems, and if we convert it to Intertwined Fates, we will get 43 pulls.
If you have Welkin, then it’s an additional 16 pulls, so 59 in total.
Maybe some of you wonder how many primogems are left in 4.7; it’s actually very few, around 540, since we only have dailies.
If you wonder how many free pulls you can get in the whole 4.8 update, it’s around 57 pulls as an F2P and 80 pulls as a Welkin haver. If you are interested in a more detailed count, you can check my video about total pulls in 4.8.

I have won 5 consecutive 50/50s on my account, I downloaded the game and created my account during Neuvillete first launch and got him at first 10 pulls then i played until ar 22 and deleted the game, then i came back again just for Arlechino banner and sad i couldn't be able to get her because only 4 days were left, then what i did i skipped wanderer and baizhu, pulled for clorinde got her at 70 pulls, after that i also decided to go for Alhaithm and luckily i also won 50/50 on that one as well got him at around 75 pulls, then i gather my primogems for Furina i was having a bad feeling because i already won 3 consecutive 50/50s and this time i have feeling of losing it but guess what i got Furina at 53 pulls and i also got her signature weapon at 65 pulls. 😁😎
