To clarify: S-Tier is only for literal gamebreak supports / DPS. HuTao / Xiao could be S-tier for sure, but aren't as univerally OP as Bennet for me. REMEBER I SAY FOR MULTIPLE CHARACTERS WHY THEY COULD BE A TIER HIGHER FOR CONSTELLATIONS / WEAPONS ETC. WATCH EACH CHARACTER FOR MY THOUGHTS BEFORE YOU RAGE

Diluc ,Hu tao,And eula in the same tier is…. my fully built diluc with melt does less than my not so built eula and less by far
I don't even know why I'm watching this, I haven't played genshin impact since october 2020, I found it very boring back then and for that 1 month I spent playing, I got two 5*s and both of them were qiqi, seeing as she's a D tier lmao I don't regret quitting the game lmao
I think putting keqing in c and klee in b is pretty on point actually. They were some of my first 5 stars but they just don't hold up.
You're really sleeping on fischl though, she's definitely S. Her off field damage is just that high. She's comparable to xingqiu.
I also think your placement of noelle and ningguang is strangely inconsistent. You give the "if you have constellations and build her" to ning but not noelle, and I feel like you end up with two comparable geo DPS characters 3 tiers apart for no real reason. I think both of them go in b or c, not a and d. You also called yanfei "ningguang but pyro" which sounds like an upgrade, but then you put her a tier lower.
Otherwise I pretty much agree with you across the board. As much as I know people will whine about hu tao, xiao, eula and childe, having ganyu be the only dps in S is 100% correct.

Why Qiqi D Tier😭
She's my first 5 star and she never disappointed me even though i used a GLADIATOR set on her at first (when i didn't know about artifacts). Tbh she's a great healer and deserves at the very least C Tier. Also at C6 she's B+ Tier
I was going to say that any well built char can be at least B tier, but you already said that at the end.
IE: Most tiers list tend to put Amber or Noelle at the very end of the list, then you watch another video with a c6 or something alike killing anything in some cases doing better than 5 stars chars.

I remember when at the beginning of genshin you placed xiniqu at like c since u said something along the lines of he tries to be the jack of all trades but he's not good at anything and now he's S tier. If that doesn't scream character development I don't know what is XD
I honestly, stg, think yoimiya is better than diluc, like yeah he uses 4pc cw set very well, but yoimiyas single target burst is better, he may have a better aoe, but she does more damage to the point it doesnt even matter
