Her healing per attack during her burst is 1.3 times as effective at talent level 10 compared to 6. She already has a healing bonus circlet in this showcase, which also has about 1.3 times more healing, assuming 70% healing bonus aside from set bonuses. So you can get nearly 1.7 times as much healing from her attacks during her burst without giving up the Hydro dmg bonus cup for an HP cup. I believe using two main-stat HP% artifacts would have such diminishing returns that it either using maiden beloved or leveling her burst to 10 would be far more effective – the only place for an HP cup on Kokomi is if she's using an EM sands, such as she might for an electro-charged team.

Everyone trashes on Kokomi for not being a broken DPS but she's fine. Imagine how much it would break the meta if she could crit. Based on Moga's build he would have a crazy healer who could hit for 50-70k vaporizes on normal attack and like 100k charged attack during her burst.
