I don't have any other anemo character for xiao but mc, but damn that c6 decrease anemo res is really good
My xiao is 70 and causes 10k damage with Bennett’s ult. I defeated every boss in the game by doing just that.

meanwhile me having no idea why my level 70 xiao does 400 damage with my best weapon, maxed talents, and best maxed artifacts with the recommended gladiator's and viridescent

For max effeciency in dps during Xiao's elemental burst, remember to use normal attacks or normal followed by charged after a plunge.
Follow up with a normal attack after a plunge for multiple enemies and normal followed by a charged attack before the next jump for single targets.

i don't have other anemo characters besides him and traveller (i really need traveler to stay geo for some reasons) and my team currently works really great! <3
my attack sequence:
3rd spot apply shield➡️ wet enemies with barbara + e skill + thrilling tales buff ➡️ beidou counter (electro charged reaction) ➡️ xiao E skill (i do burst if there's really a lot of them but i just do normal attack with the buff from the E skill and it does a lot of damage)
my xiao's build is not that great but it got through <3 [2 piece viridescent + 2piece gladiator + 1 offpiece with crit rate main stat. ] i do 20k crit damage max with his burst and 7-8k with his E skill. the weapon i use is lithic spear
