I think Hu Tao banner will come first rather than Childe due to the timing of Halloween so it makes more sense to have Hu Tao released on October after Kokomis banner than Childe Rerun with Thoma. Cause kokomi banner ends somewhere around 12 and 13 and Halloween is on 31st Oct so having 3 weeks rerun for Hu Tao would make more sense otherwise they would have to shorten Childe Rerun banner time for less than 3 weeks
