GENSHIN IMPACT vs HONKAI IMPACT 3 : Which one is better?

This is a video of my own opinion on the comparison between Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact. Both of the games are wonderful but in the end one will always stand out. Do you have a different opinion about this topic? Share it in the comments section below and lets talk about it!

  1. I love genshin more. Honkai is good but somehow i stopped playing after 3 weeks. For fast gameplay n character design i prefer PGR its more realistic n natural (ik its from another dev).

  3. I personally like Genshin Impact not for the battle system. Itโ€˜s likeโ€ฆ Open World is amazing, different nations of Teyvat. Iโ€˜m more into those Character story quests and random stories from other NPCs than the combats ๐Ÿ˜Š

  4. i'm very surprised, that this comparison was never done yet. form what i looked up this is the first and only.
and i 100% agree with you. genshins open world looks definitely better, but in every other aspect honkai impact is the better game and rivals single player games.

actually, for my excentric taste, honkai is the best game at all. period. i've never spent that much time satisfied in a game, especially because of the battle system. because this is exactly what i wanted. no thoughts, no weird mechanics, just destryoing enimies on a daily schedule… it's beautiful… and those skills are 100 times better than any MMo could handle without their servers exploding.

  5. Genshinโ€™s story is amazing. You canโ€™t say it isnโ€™t very good. Itโ€™s actually amazing. And a lot of emotion. I know itโ€™s your opinion, but my opinion is honkai isnโ€™t for me.

  6. Genshin works great as a PC single player game and not as a MMO. That's sort of it. If you are like me you would probably think Genshin is good as I don't like MMO and even most RPG games (Beside Final Fantasy 15) I hate. Genshin is the only RPG style game which I have stuck with because it takes a lot from single player open world games.

  7. Hokai impact is really generous, has an awesome story, and is filled with cute girls. I love how every character (battlesuit) has a different unique fighting style to the point where to get the most of out it, you can and should do the tutorial for that character. The variety is so much fun.

Genshin Impact is more greedy, has a story that is a long boring novel most of the time (to me), but has a gorgeous open world and a mix of female and male characters which I do prefer. The elemental reactions in combat are also great and finding best ways to utilize it, is fun.

I like both in their own ways. However, with Honkai Star Rail now out, I have to say this is my favorite gacha game to date from Hoyo. I will continue to play all three though, as they're all vastly different and scratch a different kind of itch.

  8. actually i really like open world honkai impact

the fighting system feels more fun to me 3 different ways to play
    stealth

    face to face

    and parry

i couldn't find more fun like this and dont care much about story games๐Ÿ˜Š

  9. The biggest thing I hate about genshin is the 50/50 system, primogems are hard to get and almost 99% of time you'd never pull 5 star before pity. Imagine a character you loved so much suddenly gets a rerun and you lost the 50/50. And those alternate costumes for characters ๐Ÿ’€. Just look at the prices, I'm preety sure if honkai's f2p skins comes in genshin they would cost hundreds of dollars, the graphics in genshin is good but it feels like whale players are their only target

  10. I actually love both games and while I agree with what you have to say about Honkai being such a great game, I disagree on all the negatives you have for genshin. Its just a very different style of gameplay, and its not just focused on fighting. It's certainly not for everyone, but the story is not bad and the world is not boring

  11. About the gacha: Honkai rate is actually higher compare to most game since there is no 50/50 in character and only 50 is needed for weapon/stigma (200 to get all 4 pieces). Also, new character shard will probably be farmable in the future as it is the case for most

  12. I'm just amazed we live in a time to enjoy such masterpiece games on our cell phones. just wow, there's no need for a pc or console when you got an iPhone with those new fast chips, we can enjoy a lot more. Kudos to technology in the first place.

Genshin so far is pretty well paced, i do believe both games are designed a way to focus on certain areas and not to be compared but compliment each other.

  13. Wow really? Honkai impact is better than genshin inpact? I remember playing honkai the second day it launched completly in japanese trough my tablet ๐Ÿ˜‚ it was a fun cute game because there was this pretty girl that attacks using moves similar to bayonetta. Then I lost my data and never played it again. Maybe i will redownload it since i don't like genshin impact that much and in the comment section they keep talking about how good the story is ๐Ÿ˜Š

  14. I love Honkai and itโ€™s the only miHoYo game Iโ€™m not afraid to grind a bit on ๐Ÿ˜‚
Iโ€™ve only been playing for 1/2 a year but Iโ€™m already level 82, with many S-Rank characters and a couple PRI-ARM weapons and a few outfits. Iโ€™d say itโ€™s worth putting your time into because it really pays off. Now Iโ€™m just trying to complete the Elysian Realm story before moving onto the chapter after Thus Spoke Apocalypse

  15. Genshin wins overwhelmingly in terms of the characters' power balance, story, graphics, gaming enjoyment and most importantly, logic. I consider this video an insult to Genhsin. Don't criticize the game just because it's hard to earn a character.
