📖 STORY OVERVIEW & LET’S PLAY INFORMATION

The world of Teyvat is out setting and is composed of seven nations: Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine, Natlan, and Snezhnaya. Each nation worships one of The Seven gods known as the Archons who each preside over one of the nations. Sounds like a Star Trek episode… Anyway… We follow ‘the Traveller’ as they are separated from their twin and are trapped on Teyvat. As the Traveller we go in search of our lost sister with our companion Paimon… like Navi… but more edible.

Genshin Impact is available on PS4, PS5, PC, Android, iOS & Switch. The gameplay for this playthrough will be captured at 60 FPS on the PC version to take advantage of the higher bitrate on YouTube!

  2. Get used to fighting this dragon too… You can refight him later on and you do need it at some point….

    Well, sort of cause it depends on the characters you're raising. Speaking of, invest in a bow user. You're gonna need one sometimes. (I remember you said you'll save up for venti anyway)

  3. Also, considering you're not using a character that can heal more frequently (not even sure if you pulled them aside from noelle), expect to eat food a lot. Also at the statues of the seven, there's a limit to how much you can recover within a day.

  4. Probably my last thing:
    – The rewards for the wolf and dvalin bosses drop a required material to craft 4 star weapons at the blacksmith (its the yellowish looking weapons like the book you got in this video). Apparently, the drop rates for these items decreases at higher world levels so its best to farm for them early on. I can tell you the last time i got those items was a few dozen adventure ranks ago. Only problem is that these bosses reset weekly.

  13. When I went to the Stormterror's Lair for the first time, the soundtrack's really haunted me. The sadness and the creepiness…

    The "lock" AR after 25, 35, & 45 is ascension quest. Maybe you already know this, if you didn't do the ascension quest, you can't go to the next AR and the AR xp will be wasted. Some players don't do the ascension quest on purpose due to the increase of world level. The world enemies will be tougher but the drops will be increased. You can do the quest right away after the quest is given, but you can go grind your characters and weapons' level to prepare the quest and the incoming tougher world enemies. Your call. See you in Liyue in the next episodes, it will be fun.
