0:30 that beat sounds amazing even if it doesn't fit with the tempo. That dissonance is really interesting. Also, it sounds reaaaally techy, even more than Raiden's theme. At some point it even reminds me of phonk xd

this ost sounds like Shirō Sagisu style, especially the vocal, and the CEO of Hoyoverse is a huge fan of Evangelion. They know what they are doing.
I love how the beat isn't perfectly synced with the melody, it could represent his heartbeat (aka his true nature) contrasting with his words and actions. Also the electronic elements mixed to the orchestra really fit the "artificial god" theme!
