Even with optimal build, she cant outdamage crappy dendro teams. my eula has 75170 with r2 wgs and with rosaria in team almost 100% effective crit rate, still strugles to clear any conten at least close to my lisa aggravate team, or even onfield xiangling with c6 bennet (and its with c2r1 70140 300er raiden on eula team lol)
