I used her and Beidou on level 70 to beat up Oceanids for building my Childe up to lv 90. None of her artifacts got build, so sure she's a jelly when she got hit, but I'd say she still kick some wet asses.
She used to be my Dps before Keqing but I definitely need her to beat Oceanid 😁
