I think since Oni, Tengu, Adeptus, Archon, yaksha, Heavenly beast, are powerful themselves. They dont really need vision to use power so losing it wont happened much to them. I mean they already have power, lost just little bit of it wont effect much

After Itto lost his Vision he went through an existential Crisis which gave him another Vision. And will continue to get Visions again and again. No matter how often they are taken away.

When he told Sara to not die on the battlefield, when Sara read this she must've felt something(this usually happens in Shoujo manga). and then Sara thought like "He's not a bad guy after all" and then agreed for the rematch. But then Itto just had to ruin by making it a Sumo match and after hearing this Sara's affection meter went down crashing and was so disappointed and so she didn't even show up to say no for the match. And of course, she wont show up cuz that match between a male and female is kinda like harrassment.
