What i am in rank 44 and I finished story albedo and I didn’t see this quest!!?
I got sick on 1/02 and missed most of the event. I think I only completed the first 2 story parts, and didn’t do anyhow in the shop, my Festering is at R1 :sigh: such a good sword and it’s so weak compared to R5, also missed Ganyu but at least those quests were permanent
I liked Dragonspine but you really miss so much without the event quests it seems.
I thought it had stayed when I got to do his quest before ar40 but sadly it didn't

This was when I first started playing, I thought I did albedos story quest twice so I stopped when I got to albedo and just didn’t do it not realizing it was event limited
I didn’t even know there was a free sword 😫
